After many years of working in the telecom sector, I have developed a deep-rooted passion for the profession and everything that comes with it. The dynamism, continuous innovation, and complexity of projects in this industry have shaped me into the professional I am today.

To put my knowledge, experience, and approach to broader use, I founded RP Interim Management & Consultancy (RPIMC) on January 1st, 2022. Over the years, I have held a wide range of roles within the telecom world: from operational positions to project and program management. This broad experience enables me to switch gears quickly, grasp complex issues, and effectively get to the heart of a problem.

What sets me apart is my way of working: pushing through where others stop. I am driven to see projects through to a successful conclusion, especially at the moments when others step away. This determination and focus make the difference in organizations undergoing change or dealing with stalled projects.
